Emirates has resumed flights from Dubai to key destinations including London.

Last week routes, including to London Heathrow, were impacted by “regional unrest” but flights to most cities have resumed as normal.

Several flights from the city’s biggest airline, due to take off on Tuesday October 2 and Wednesday October 3 from Dubai International Airport (DXB), were cancelled “due to regional unrest”.

Those travelling should check the status of their flights on the airline’s website before arriving at the airport.

The EK31/EK32 Dubai to London Heathrow to Dubai route was cancelled last week but has since returned to normal service.

Similarly, the EK837/838 Dubai to Bahrain route, the EK855/86 Dubai to Kuwait route and the EK66/867 Dubai to Muscat route were also impacted but have all returned to normal service.

Emirates flights between Dubai and Beirut continue to be cancelled until Tuesday October 15.
