Dubai is getting a whole street of licensed bars and restaurants and it’s going to be called 25 Jump Street.

Located in the heart of the Central Business District, just behind the 25hours Hotel Dubai One Central, this new destination promises to become the spot for residents and visitors alike looking to eat, drink and unwind in style.

Brought to life by 7 Management in partnership with Ennismore (the lifestyle group behind some of the world’s coolest hotels), 25 Jump Street is an exciting, multi-venue destination with 12 unique concepts under its umbrella.

From casual cafés to high-end dining experiences and creative mixology spots, this well-curated space has something to tickle every taste bud and mood.

Rabih Fakhreddine, the founder and group CEO of 7 Management, said that bringing 25 Jump Street to Dubai, particularly in such a prime location at One Central will be a game changer. The concept aims to combine dining, nightlife, music, culture and celebration into a single destination.

Fakhreddine highlights that 25 Jump Street captures the spirit of Dubai as a global hub where “diverse cultures converge and unique experiences come to life.”

With its cool design, easy access and different venues, 25 Jump Street promises more than just food and drinks. Visitors can look forward to seasonal activations, live performances, street festivals and cultural events that will bring the space alive year-round.

Whether you’re into a laid-back brunch, a chic mixed drinks experience, or a night of live music, 25 Jump Street promises to deliver.
