Dubai Police have shut down four printing presses involved in the illegal distribution of promotional cards for massage services, as part of an ongoing crackdown on unlawful activities that jeopardise public safety.

Authorities have warned that individuals connected to these presses could face legal consequences. Residents are also urged not to contact the phone numbers listed on the promotional cards, as doing so could expose them to risks such as theft or extortion.

In response to the issue, the General Department of Criminal Investigation has established a dedicated team to handle reports related to harmful activities associated with massage cards. The team is available around the clock to safeguard the community and address actions that undermine public trust.

Dubai Police also called on the public to report any suspicious activities, including the distribution or posting of massage service cards.

Reports can be made by calling the toll-free number 901 or by using the ‘Police Eye’ feature on the Dubai Police app.

The 901-call centre operates 24/7, with trained personnel ready to manage non-emergency inquiries and reports.

The ‘Police Eye’ service allows residents to report violations through text, voice, video, or images and pinpoint the location of incidents.

Dubai Police expressed gratitude to all partners involved in combating negative practices within the emirate.
