Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) has warned customers about ongoing disruptions affecting access to some of its digital banking services. In a statement, the bank said its technical teams are working around the clock to restore full service as quickly and safely as possible.
ADCB stressed that customer accounts and data remain secure in line with its internal information security and data management procedures. The bank also confirmed that any late payment fees on ADCB loans and credit cards resulting from the disruption will be waived.
While services are being restored, customers are encouraged to use alternative banking channels, including their relationship managers, bank branches during operating hours, 24/7 ATMs, and the contact centre.
The bank has not yet provided a timeline for the full restoration of all services. Customers are advised to plan payments in advance, check the availability of required transactions, and use branches, ATMs, or direct contact with their relationship manager when necessary.
UAE media outlets have previously reported major disruptions to ADCB banking services. In March 2026, according to reports by Khaleej Times and The National, a temporary outage lasted about 48 hours and affected the bank’s retail mobile application and contact centre. Branches, ATMs, card services, online banking, and corporate platforms remained operational during that incident. At the time, ADCB also stated that customer data, accounts, and the security of its banking systems had not been compromised.
