Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN), a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), has revealed its latest project: an entertainment destination in Almadinah.
The move is part of SEVEN’s vision which is focused on investing over SAR50 billion to build 21 entertainment destinations across Saudi Arabia, situated in 14 different cities.
The construction of this project is already underway, with BUJV, a joint venture by AL BAWANI CO. LTD. and UrbaCon Trading & Contracting, tasked with carrying out the construction.
The initiative aligns with the region’s strategy to enhance living conditions and breathe new life into communities, providing a unique entertainment experience for both residents and visitors.
“Our entertainment destination in Almadinah will transform the entertainment landscape of the region and bring new, unique, and exciting experiences to the people of Almadinah,” Abdullah AlDawood, Chairman of Saudi Entertainment Ventures said.
Fakher AlShawaf, Group CEO of Albawani Holding, who is collaborating with SEVEN once again on this project, stressing on the aim to establish an exceptional entertainment destination in the holy city of Almadinah.
The entertainment destination, located adjacent to King Fahad Central Park, will span over 100,000 square meters, with a total built-up area exceeding 84,000 square meters.
The park and the destination will blend harmoniously, offering visitors an entertainment oasis enriched with diverse offerings to enhance the region’s communities.
The attraction promises fun-filled family immersive experiences, with world-class rides in a 4,000 square meter family entertainment center.
Thrill-seekers can enjoy an e-karting track stretching over 330 meters on two levels. For explorers, the Discovery Adventures center will offer immersive journeys with trekking experiences, treehouse trails, and other jungle-themed challenges.
The Play-Doh entertainment center will unleash children’s imagination and creativity with three different sensorial zones.
The entertainment destination will also feature SEVEN’s signature attractions, including a state-of-the-art cinema with IMAX and VIP screens, a ten-lane futuristic bowling alley, and a wellness center for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Moreover, a wide range of international and local retail and food and beverage outlets will cater to the tastes of all visitors.
