Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has approved the launch of a new driver training and licensing centre in Al Rowaiyah 3, Dubai.

Operated by First Driving Centre, the new facility aims to provide convenient, high-quality services to residents of Al Rowaiyah and surrounding communities.

With this addition, the total number of RTA-authorised driver licensing centres across Dubai rises to 28. The initiative reflects RTA’s commitment to improving the efficiency, accessibility, and customer satisfaction of public services in line with the strategic vision of the Government of Dubai.

The facility has already begun offering core services such as traffic file registration, theoretical and practical driver training, knowledge tests, and the issuance of licences for motorcycles and light vehicles (manual and automatic). The centre also hosts theoretical classes and is set to expand its offerings to include heavy vehicle, bus, and mechanical equipment licensing in the near future.

Developed in close coordination with the First Driving Centre, the new facility is designed to meet modern standards in both design and functionality. Its refreshed identity and upgraded amenities aim to raise the bar for driver training facilities across the Emirate.
