The five-star Caesars Palace Dubai has a new culinary venue to cement its place as a high-end dining and hospitality destination. Venus Il Ristorante & Beach Club is broken down into two concepts, both offering a range of authentic Italian dishes.

Open from 10am daily, the beach club promises live DJing, with additional live entertainment performances on the docket for weekends. The beach club has its own menu, with a range of antipasti dishes, sushi dishes, and salads.

The restaurant meanwhile features starters inspired by the Amalfi Coast, including burrata e pomodori in agrodolce. There’s also a range of pasta and risotto and a host of mains that feature grilled meats and fish. Highlights include the orata con insalata di finocchi e arance which is a pan-seared sea bream plated with fennel, orange, pine seeds and fresh herbs.

The pool and pool bar is open from 10am to 7pm, while the restaurant is open from 12pm to 12am.
