With 14 new hotels opening in the UAE in 2024, every traveler will be able to choose their ideal holiday destination.
On January 1, One&Only One Za'abeel with 229 rooms is planned to open in Dubai. Some Sanctuary Suites feature in-room massage tables and a meditation area. The territory will house 10 Michelin-class restaurants.
Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort is scheduled to open on January 15 in Ras Al Khaimah. This eco-friendly resort, inspired by the Maldives, is located on the shores of the Arabian Gulf surrounded by mangroves.
On February 1, the first Lana hotel from the Dorchester Collection chain in the Middle East will open in Dubai. The complex will have 225 rooms and several luxury residences. Siro One Za'abeel is also scheduled to open on February 1st. The hotel's concept is a holistic approach to wellness, based on the signature aspects of fitness, nutrition, sleep and recovery.
Anantara Santorini Abu Dhabi Retreat will open on February 15 in the capital of the UAE. The hotel will have 22 rooms and will focus on exclusivity, personalized service and privacy. The hotel will have a private beach, outdoor pool and cinema.
Lux Al Jabal Resort will open in Sharjah in the second quarter. Surrounded by nature, the resort is located on a hillside overlooking Soueifa Beach. The hotel will have 45 rooms and a signature dining concept focused on raw, vegan and vegetarian cuisine.
In addition, Dubai will have a 365-metre Ciel Tower with a 1,000-room observatory, and Mama Shelter Dubai will open in October, bringing with it a hippie vibe. The Five Lux Hotel, famous for its parties and fun atmosphere, is expected to open in winter. Marsa Al Arab with a superyacht marina, located next to Burj Al Arab, will open in stages throughout 2024.
In October, Lux Al Bridi Resort with tent rooms will open on the territory of the Sharjah Safari Park. By the end of the year, Rove Al Marjan Island, which will feature a vibrant urban design, and Saij, A Mantis Collection Mountain Lodge, an eco-resort with 70 luxury lodges, are scheduled to open in Ras Al Khaimah by the end of the year.
The 226m tall Fairmont Dubai Skyline hotel will be located along Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. Its unique architecture includes asymmetrical balconies that will be illuminated at night in a 4.5km spiral, creating the illusion of movement.
