Emaar Hospitality Group is one of Dubai’s postcard operators. It is the homegrown company behind the likes of Address Fountain Views, Vida Downtown Dubai and the Rove Hotels brand, which it has a joint venture in alongside Meeras.
Looking into the future, the group has a string of future openings to further cement itself as one of the region’s top hotel groups. Read on for 10 new hotels coming from Emaar.
First signed in 2017, the 223-key Address Grand Creek Harbour is part of a 1.4 million sq ft development that will also feature a range of food & beverage outlets and retail choices. It will also be attached to 794 serviced apartments
Marking Address’ continued growth into resorts, Address Beach Resort Bahrain is expected to open this year. When it does, it will add 117 hotel rooms and 154 residences to the shores of Marassi Al Bahrain. It is planned to have three restaurants, including The Restaurant, The Lounge and The Garden.
Located along Beach Gate near Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah will be Address The Bay. The hotel is expected to have 184 hotel keys and 446 serviced apartments.
Also located in Creek Harbour, Palace Dubai Creek Harbour is expected to house 122 hotel rooms.
The waterfront property consisting of 158-hotel rooms and residences is set to open before the end of the year. It will feature the restaurants Origins for international dining; a poolside bar; and Stage2 for light bites.
In 2023, Vida Dubai Mall is set to open with 195 rooms and 380 serviced apartments.
Pinned at the coast, Vida Marassi Marina plans 120 rooms and 110 serviced apartments this property is likely to welcome guests by March 2022.
Rove Hotels’ lifestyle beach resort will open on Al Marjan Island in 2024. Rove Al Marjan Island will be the Dubai brand’s first foray into the northern emirate and falls in line with wider ambitions to spread across the UAE, according to chiefs.
The 441-key hotel promises to be colourful and full of artworks while offering itself to the “value-conscious new generation of leisure travellers.” It will also have interconnecting rooms for families, a unique beach club concept, 24-hour boutique convenience store, outdoor pool, sundecks to relax, a 24-hour gym, a 24-hour self-service laundromat, luggage store rooms, safety deposit boxes, sofa beds for extra guests, mini-fridge and more.
A 300-key Rove is planned for Sharjah. The hotel was first announced in 2018 and forms part of the Aljada development, a 24 million square foot integrated lifestyle destination, and a new leisure and entertainment hub for Sharjah.
Also introduced in 2018 was Rove Mina Seyahi. The 270-room Rove Mina Seyahi and Rove Residences Mina Seyahi, a collection of 443 serviced residences, are expected to open soon in a 50-storey tower.
